Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist if needed.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise; keep display floor fronted, full, and clean daily.
• Make display changes according to company guidelines, planograms, and pricing updates.
• Ensure all sale signs are in place, sales flyer racks are stocked, and sufficient sale merchandise is displayed; remove sale materials when promotions end.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Work with the manager to complete store To-Do List and Team Weekly tasks.
• Act as the main shoplifting deterrent and front floor security.
• Assist with O’Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
• Clock in/out according to company policy.
• Pull and stage installer deliveries for delivery specialists; serve as a communication liaison between ISS, delivery specialists, and the store manager.
• Assist in determining the most efficient and safest routes for delivery specialists.
• Coordinate and ensure completion of quarterly vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Perform housekeeping duties for back room and installer counter areas.
• May serve as a HUB Store Order Puller, pulling parts quickly and accurately from pick tickets for delivery to serviced stores.
• Receive, pull, and sort parts by store location for delivery; inspect boxes for damage and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Requirements

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences and strong organizational skills.
• Previous stocking experience preferred.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
