About the role
Pepsi MidAmerica is looking for motivated, dependable individuals to help bring iconic beverages to life on store shelves every day. As a Merchandiser, you'll represent the Pepsi brand in local retail stores by building displays, stocking products, and ensuring beverages look their best. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for someone who enjoys variety and working independently while being part of a supportive local team.
What You'll Do
- Merchandise and promote Pepsi products at local retail locations
- Build, stock, and maintain attractive product displays
- Keep shelves and backroom inventory organized and fully stocked
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Build strong relationships with store managers and store teams
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Day shift only — excellent work-life balance
- Must have weekend availability
