Merchandiser Stocker

Merchandiser for Greater Redlands, Moreno Valley, Perris, Banning, Beaumont, San Bernardino, Riverside and Yucaipa, CA. Hiring immediately.

About the Role

Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying Keurig Dr Pepper products (e.g., 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai) on shelves and in coolers at large retail accounts within an assigned territory. You will report directly to stores for scheduled shifts and may cover additional routes as needed. While you will use your personal vehicle to travel among stores, you are not responsible for transporting products—these will be delivered to stores in advance. A company-issued phone with a programmed app will track your shifts and mileage for reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display products in assigned retail locations.
• Travel among stores in your territory using a personal vehicle.
• Clock in/out and track mileage via a company-provided app.
• Work independently while interacting with store personnel.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of product.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

We seek a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should enjoy working independently, staying active, and taking pride in detailed work. Weekend availability and flexibility for overtime are required.

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 scheduled shifts per week.
• 5:00 AM start time until work is finished.
• Weekends required (days off fall during the week).
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Pay

$23.31 per hour.
