Merchandiser Stocker

About the role

Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying our products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory. They will report directly to their assigned stores for their scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned. Merchandisers are required to use their personal vehicle to travel among stores in their territory; however, they are not responsible for transporting our products. Our products will be delivered in advance to the stores. A company-issued phone will be provided with a programmed app to clock in and out for scheduled shifts and to track mileage for reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display Keurig Dr Pepper products on shelves and coolers at retail stores.
• Report to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and cover routes as needed.
• Use personal vehicle for travel within territory (products are pre‑delivered to stores).
• Use company‑issued phone and app to clock in/out and track mileage for reimbursement.

Schedule

Full‑time, starting at 5:00 am and working until the shift is completed. Five scheduled shifts per week; weekends are required (days off fall during the week). Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Pay

Pay starts at $19.42 per hour. After the 6‑month anniversary, the rate increases to $20.49 per hour in the following quarter.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
