Merchandiser Stocker

About the role

Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying Keurig Dr Pepper brands (e.g., 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai) on shelves and in coolers at large retail accounts within an assigned territory. They report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may cover additional routes as assigned. Personal vehicle use is required for travel between stores; products are delivered to stores in advance. A company-issued phone with a clock-in/out app and mileage tracker is provided.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time: 6:30 am until work is completed
• Five scheduled shifts per week
• Weekends required (days off fall during the week)
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Stock and display products on shelves and in coolers
• Clock in/out and track mileage using company-issued phone
• Cover assigned routes and stores as scheduled

About You

We seek a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual who enjoys fast-paced work, thrives independently, and enjoys interacting with others. You should be comfortable staying active, lifting, pushing, and pulling product cases, and taking pride in detailed, high-quality work.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Valid driver’s license
• Proof of vehicle insurance
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle

Pay

• Starting pay: $19.14 per hour
• Rate increases to $20.15 per hour after six months
