Merchandiser Stocker

Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying Keurig Dr Pepper products on shelves and coolers at large retail accounts within an assigned territory. You will report directly to stores for scheduled shifts and may cover additional routes as needed. A company-issued phone with a time-tracking app and mileage reimbursement will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display products such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores.
• Travel among stores in your assigned territory using your personal vehicle (product transport is not required).
• Use a company-provided mobile app to clock in/out and track mileage for reimbursement.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

• Self-motivated and customer service-oriented.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, independent environment.
• Comfortable with physical activity, including lifting, pushing, and pulling product cases.
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in work quality.

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 scheduled shifts per week (5:30 AM until work is finished).
• Weekends required; days off fall during the week.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Pay

Starting pay: $21.95 per hour. After 6 months, the rate increases to $23.07 per hour.
