Merchandiser Stocker

About the role

Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites on shelves and in coolers at large retail accounts within an assigned territory. They report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover additional routes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products on shelves and in coolers at retail locations
• Execute product displays according to brand standards
• Clock in and out using a company-issued phone with a programmed app for shift tracking and mileage reimbursement
• Travel between stores in the assigned territory using a personal vehicle (product deliveries are handled separately)

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Valid driver’s license
• Proof of vehicle insurance
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle

Schedule

• Full-time position
• 6:30 am start time until work is completed
• 5 scheduled shifts per week
• Weekends required (days off fall during the week)
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Pay

• Starting pay: $19.42 per hour
• Rate increases to $20.49 per hour after 6 months of service
