Merchandiser Stocker

About the role

• Stock and display Keurig Dr Pepper products (e.g., 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai) on shelves and in coolers at large accounts within an assigned territory.
• Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts; may be required to cover routes as assigned.
• Use personal vehicle to travel among stores in the territory (products are delivered to stores in advance; no product transport required).
• Company‑issued phone provided with a programmed app for clocking in/out and tracking mileage for reimbursement.

Schedule

• Full‑time, starting at 6 am until work is finished.
• 5 scheduled shifts per week.
• Weekends required (days off fall during the week).
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

About you

We are looking for a self‑motivated, customer‑service‑oriented individual who enjoys a fast‑paced environment. You thrive working independently on assigned tasks but also look forward to interacting with people. You prefer to stay active and are excited to spend the majority of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of product. Taking pride in your work and being detail‑oriented are qualities that are important to you.

Pay

Starting at $20.26 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $21.27 per hour in the quarter after their 6‑month anniversary.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
