Merchandiser Stocker

About the role

Merchandisers provide high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and other fan favorites to retail stores within an assigned territory. They stock and display products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts, report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts, and may be required to cover routes as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and displaying products on shelves/coolers at assigned retail stores
• Reporting to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and covering routes as assigned
• Using a company-issued phone with a programmed app to clock in/out and track mileage for reimbursement

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle with proof of insurance

Schedule

• Full-time, 5:00 am until work is finished
• Five scheduled shifts per week
• Weekends required (days off fall during the week)
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Pay

• Starting pay of $19.42 per hour
• Rate increases to $20.49 per hour in the quarter after the 6-month anniversary
