Merchandiser Stocker

About the role

Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying our products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory. They will report directly to their assigned stores for their scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned. Merchandisers are required to use their personal vehicle to travel among stores in their territory; however, they are not responsible for transporting our products. Our products will be delivered in advance to the stores. A company-issued phone will be provided with a programmed app to clock in and out for scheduled shifts and to track mileage for reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display products on shelves/coolers at large accounts.
• Report to assigned stores for scheduled shifts.
• Cover routes as assigned.
• Use personal vehicle for travel among stores (products delivered in advance).
• Use company‑issued phone to clock in/out and track mileage for reimbursement.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

Self‑motivated and customer service‑oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment. Thrives working independently on assigned tasks while looking forward to interacting with people at work. Prefers to stay active and is excited to spend the majority of the shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of products. Takes pride in work and is detail‑oriented.

Pay

Pay starts at $21.04 per hour, increasing to $22.15 per hour in the quarter after the 6‑month anniversary.

Schedule

Full‑time, 6:00 am until work is finished; 5 scheduled shifts per week; weekends required (2 days off fall during the week); flexibility to work overtime as needed.
