Merchandiser Stocker

Merchandiser for Greater Crossville and surrounding areas. Hiring immediately.

About the Role

Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying Keurig Dr Pepper products (such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and others) on shelves and coolers at large retail accounts within an assigned territory. You will report directly to stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover additional routes as needed. While you will use your personal vehicle to travel among stores, you are not responsible for transporting products—these will be delivered to stores in advance. A company-issued phone with a programmed app will be provided to clock in/out for shifts and track mileage for reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display products in retail stores within your assigned territory.
• Travel among stores using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Use a company-provided app to track work hours and mileage.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

We are looking for a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should enjoy working independently while also interacting with people, staying active, and taking pride in detailed work. Physical tasks include lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of products for most of your shift.

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 scheduled shifts per week.
• Shifts start at 5:00 AM and continue until work is finished.
• Weekends required; days off fall during the week.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Pay

Starting pay is $19.70 per hour, increasing to $20.69 per hour after the first 6 months.
