Merchandiser Stocker

Merchandisers are responsible for stocking and displaying Keurig Dr Pepper products on shelves and in coolers at large retail accounts within an assigned territory. You will report directly to stores for scheduled shifts and may cover additional routes as needed. A company-issued phone with a programmed app will track your time and mileage for reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display products such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores.
• Travel among stores in your assigned territory using your personal vehicle (product transport is not required).
• Maintain high-quality merchandising standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Interact with store personnel and customers professionally.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
• Self-motivated, customer service-oriented, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and staying active throughout the shift.

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 scheduled shifts per week.
• Shifts start at 4:00 AM and continue until work is finished.
• Weekends required; days off fall during the week.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Pay

Starting pay at $20.48 per hour, increasing to $21.50 per hour after the first 6 months.
