Merchandiser Sign On Bonus

About the Role

Our merchandisers are the heart and soul of Jacent. They're on the front lines in more than 17,000 stores placing just the right products, building displays, and working with store personnel—right in their own community. New hires within eligible requisitions will receive a $500 sign-on bonus, payable in two installments after 60 days and 120 days of continuous employment.

Pay

$19 to $21 per hour

Schedule

• Daytime hours and a predictable schedule
• 10 to 15 hours per week

Requirements

We're looking for a self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting. Someone who is comfortable in changing environments and able to meet the following physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation:

• Standing and walking 3-8 hours
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements

Additionally, candidates should:

• Possess excellent organizational skills
• Be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners
• Reside within 20 miles of HONOLULU, HI 96817

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with in-store management
• Executing merchandising resets
• Building retail displays
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks
• Implementing plan-o-grams
