Merchandiser -Reno

This is an active, hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to make a visible impact while gaining valuable experience in sales, merchandising, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, visually appealing displays that showcase our premium beverage brands
• Stock shelves and maintain product availability and inventory levels
• Ensure products are properly placed, rotated, and merchandised to maximize sales opportunities
• Build strong relationships with retail customers and deliver exceptional service
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and support promotional initiatives
• Travel to customer locations throughout your assigned territory
• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a physically active role
• Self-motivated, dependable, and customer-focused
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds
• Frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, and reach
• Frequently climb up and down a ladder
• Regularly lift 45-65 lbs
• Pass a drug screen
• Eagerness to learn and build a long-term career in the beverage industry

Pay

$18.50/hour

Schedule

Full time; able to work occasional weekends.
