Merchandiser (Petoskey)

Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and coolers, moving products from deliveries to the sales floor.
- Condense backstock to maximize efficiency.
- Construct and fill eye-catching displays.
- Ensure all items are rotated properly for freshness.
- Handle cases of product and perform physical tasks (climbing, bending, etc.).
- Work independently and in a team environment.
- Use a smartphone for tracking work hours.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Lift 40+ pounds repeatedly.
- Available for 35+ hours per week.
- Reliable vehicle with valid vehicle insurance.
- Be reliable and punctual for shifts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse people.
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
