Responsibilities
- Stock existing shelf space and enhance immediate consumption coolers.
- Build and maintain package-specific displays that align with company standards.
- Rotate products to guarantee freshness.
- Maintain organized back-room conditions, condensing and rotating stock to optimize space.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and store managers through a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Assist by delivering any driver shortages when needed.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication abilities for interacting with customers and co-workers.
- Valid driver's license with current automobile insurance.
- Ability to use personal vehicle for work-related tasks.
- Satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Check.
- Proficiency in operating a manual pallet jack and 2- and 4-wheel carts.
- Ability to move heavy products up to 2,200 pounds efficiently and safely.
