Merchandiser Part Time - Chisago City/St. Croix Falls

About the role

Enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth through effective merchandising strategies. Collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising plans to increase store visibility and sales.
• Coordinate with store management to ensure products are displayed attractively and in compliance with brand guidelines.
• Assist in planning and executing seasonal and promotional events to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Monitor sales data and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly to maximize profitability.
• Work closely with suppliers to maintain an optimal stock level and ensure timely restocking.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
