Merchandiser Part Time

About the role

Enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales through effective merchandising techniques. Collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic merchandising plans to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Assist in organizing displays and ensuring compliance with store policies and safety standards.
• Work closely with store management to develop and execute promotional strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking as needed.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance merchandising skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic computer literacy.

Pay

$15.00 per hour.

Schedule

Mondays through Fridays, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
