Responsibilities

• Stock existing shelf space and ensure immediate consumption coolers and cold drink equipment are always filled and ready.
• Build and maintain eye-catching, package-specific displays that adhere to high standards.
• Rotate products to guarantee freshness and keep the back-room organized and clean.
• Deliver driver shortages when necessary.
• Engage with customers and store managers in a friendly and professional manner to foster strong relationships.
• Communicate with sales reps and drivers to ensure quick responses to customer issues.
• Maintain a spotless work area.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and collaborate seamlessly with co-workers.
• A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and use 2- and 4-wheel carts to maneuver products weighing up to 2,200 pounds.
• Flexibility to adapt to a schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Self-motivation to work independently without close supervision.

Pay

Pay range for this position is $19.00 – $20.50.
