Responsibilities

• Implement and execute merchandising plans to increase store traffic and sales.
• Work closely with store management to ensure products are displayed attractively and effectively.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional strategies.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of POS systems a plus.
