About the role
Responsible for merchandising products in retail stores to enhance customer experience and sales.
Responsibilities
- Maintain store displays to ensure product visibility and appeal.
- Assist customers in finding products and providing recommendations.
- Collaborate with store management to optimize inventory and promotions.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
