Merchandiser (Part-Time)

Role Overview

This is an entry-level, full-time delivery merchandiser position focused on stocking and merchandising beverage products in retail accounts within a specific area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, merchandise, and rotate products at customer locations.
• Build positive customer relationships through excellent service.
• Use equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks for transporting products.
• Maintain organized back-room stock and ensure product quality standards.
• Service accounts according to designated routes and times.
• Assist with store displays, end caps, and racks to ensure product visibility.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting 20-45 pounds repeatedly and pushing/pulling over 800 pounds.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment accountability.
• Contribute to team efforts and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to operate independently.
• Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid NC Class B or C driver's license with insurance and clean driving record.
• Ability to calculate margins and markups accurately.
• Commitment to regular, reliable attendance.
• Adherence to regulations governing alcohol distribution in North Carolina.
• Pass background checks, drug tests, and physical requirements.

The role involves high travel, flexibility with start times, and a focus on customer service and safety. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
