About the role

The Part-Time Merchandiser supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. This role is responsible for servicing all customers in a professional manner while maximizing product visibility and availability at every point of sale. This is a labor-intensive role that involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product.

Responsibilities

  • Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
  • Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
  • Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
  • Ensure all cold equipment, racks, and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
  • Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
  • Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
  • May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.
  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A valid US Driver’s License.
  • Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience merchandising is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
  • English; additional languages an advantage.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $21.47 to $23.73 per hour. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
