Merchandiser (Part-Time)
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No metadata headings like Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove statements about equal opportunity, accommodations, etc. Keep substantive info: department, reports to, travel required, workplace type, why work at Community Coffee (maybe as About the role?), position overview, responsibilities, requirements, physical demands, values? Benefits: they mention competitive salary and benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), short- and long-term disability, paid time off and employee assistance program. That's benefits. Pay: they say competitive salary but not specific number; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "competitive salary" but no specific figure. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state benefits package details, so Benefits section is okay. Pay: only says competitive salary, not specific; that might be considered vague but still states salary exists. However rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state competitive salary, which is a statement about pay, albeit not specific. Should we include Pay? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be better to omit Pay because it's not specific. Benefits we have specifics. Schedule: not mentioned. So we include About the role (maybe from "Why work at Community Coffee?" and Position Overview). Responsibilities (Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities). Requirements (Position Requirements). Qualifications? Might overlap with Requirements. Could combine. Skills? Could be part of Requirements. But we need to follow headings list; we can choose which to include. Provide sections: About the role (h3), Responsibilities (h3), Requirements (h3), Benefits (h3). Possibly also Physical Demands/Work Environment could be under Requirements or a separate section? Could be part of Requirements. But we have a separate heading for Physical Demands not in list; we shouldn't create new headings not listed. So we can incorporate physical demands into Requirements or maybe into Responsibilities? Better to put under Requirements as part of qualifications. We'll include a
with physical demands inside Requirements section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, accommodations, etc. Remove lines about equal employment opportunities, reasonable accommodations, etc. Also remove "Community Coffee Company offers a competitive salary and benefits package..." we keep benefits part but remove equal opportunity lines. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the specifics: department, reports to, travel required, workplace type, why work at Community Coffee (the paragraph), position overview paragraph, responsibilities list (bullet points), requirements list (bullet points), physical demands paragraph, benefits list. We need to format as HTML:
About the role
then... maybe combine why work and position overview into one or two paragraphs. Use
- for lists.
Let's extract content.

Physical Demands/Work Environment: paragraph:

Our Values: list maybe but could be considered boilerplate? It's substantive but not a standard heading; we could include under About the role? But we have no heading for Values. Could omit as not requested heading. The instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should only use those headings. Values not in list, so we should not create a heading for it. Could we include values as a paragraph under About the role? Possibly but it's not about the role. Might be considered extra but we could omit to keep to headings list. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot omit values if it's substantive. But we could incorporate values into About the role paragraph as extra info. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could add a section for Values? Not allowed heading. Could we treat Values as part of About the role? It's about company values, not role. Might be okay to include as a paragraph under About the role. But the instruction says "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It implies we should use those headings for sections; we could still add other headings but better to stick to those. We'll incorporate values into About the role. Benefits: "Community Coffee Company offers a competitive salary and benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), short- and long-term disability, paid time off and employee assistance program." We should not include the equal opportunity lines after that. So we will keep only that sentence. Now construct HTML. We'll have:
