Retail Sales Worker role focused on stocking, inventory, store presentation, and customer service at an Aramark location. Duties vary by site based on client needs and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs
• Stock products to appropriate levels; replenish and arrange items to maintain store appearance
• Operate register, handle cash, and process credit card transactions
• Perform cash handling, safe verifications, and prepare deposits
• Maintain friendly, efficient, and positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers; adapt to customer needs
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
• Ensure security of company assets

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Basic math and counting skills required
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Physical Demands

• Lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing
• May require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
