Merchandiser - Night Shift

About the Role

Merchandiser responsible for product stocking, display setup, rotation, and organization within large volume stores, primarily during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise shelves, coolers, and displays with products
• Rotate products in stockrooms and on shelves
• Transport products between backroom and sales floor using equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Set up promotional materials such as signs and banners
• Maintain organized backroom stock
• Communicate store issues to management and build customer relationships
• Operate equipment and handheld devices for order input
• Follow operating procedures and service accounts per schedule
• Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate self-management skills
• Ensure consistent attendance and safety compliance

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Ability to lift 20-45 pounds, bend, reach, and squat regularly
• Experience in retail, grocery, or merchandising is helpful
• Reliable transportation to access multiple store locations
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively

This role involves physical labor, field work, and interaction with store personnel and customers. Employment is contingent upon background checks, drug screening, and verification of credentials.
