Merchandiser (Merrill)

About the role
This position is weekends only. You will travel to various retail locations to ensure our brands are well-represented and our products are consistently visible. Your responsibilities will include stocking shelves and coolers, moving products from deliveries to the sales floor, and condensing backstock to maximize efficiency. You will construct and fill eye-catching displays while ensuring all items are rotated properly for freshness. This role allows you to work a local route near your home and is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in the beverage industry.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and coolers in retail locations
- Move products from deliveries to the sales floor
- Condense backstock to maximize efficiency
- Construct and fill eye-catching product displays
- Ensure proper rotation of items for freshness
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse people
- Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Reliable vehicle with valid insurance
- Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED
