Schedule
Monday - Sunday; 6am - Completion; Off days vary.
Responsibilities
- Build displays, replenish inventory on customer’s shelves, racks, and cold equipment.
- Maintain specific activity within assigned accounts in a geographic area.
- Ensure proper care of equipment and company/customer assets daily.
- Rotate and replenish products in customer outlets, including displays, racks, and all Coca-Cola and brand partner equipment.
- Maintain product integrity in every account; neatly stacked, condensed, and rotated backstock, clean coolers, racks, and shelves to company standards.
- Organize and collect any breakage or out-of-date product, including empty shells and pallets.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities.
- Work in partnership with the Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute the picture of success for each outlet.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with all customers while providing superior customer service.
- Work with all functional team members to sell and execute customer relations, training, and development while maintaining professional rapport with store management.
- Communicate opportunities to appropriate team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old.
- Good work record (no final written warnings).
- Good attendance and dependable with a positive attitude.
- Good safety record and neat, clean appearance.
- Ability to receive and follow instructions.
- Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively.
- Must meet the physical requirements of the position.
- For drivers: good MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
- Must be able to pass company driving test before and after training.
- Must be able to pass company DOT physical and drug screen if applicable.
- Must be able to drive assigned equipment with the required license for the specific position.
- Sales experience desired for sales positions.
- Knowledge of general trade math demonstrated by passing a math skills test if applicable for sales positions.
- High school diploma or GED for applicable jobs as listed on the job description.
- Ability to handle and exchange money accurately.
- Ability to respond and resolve customer issues.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Physical Requirements
Position will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program. Safety-toed shoes are required for the following tasks: operating powered industrial equipment, working in areas where powered industrial equipment is in use, fleet maintenance, working with palletized product, use of hand trucks/dollies to deliver product, cooler services, etc.
