Merchandiser Lead - FT

Summary Of Responsibilities

75% Merchandising
Work within a retail environment to effectively merchandise products by applying appropriate store and/or corporate standards.
Safely and efficiently replenish product.
May assemble shelves/racks and display cases following measurement guidelines.
Service all stores as scheduled within the allotted hours provided by Supervisor.
Seek prior approval from Supervisor before working outside of scheduled hours.
Accurately record work hours and other company-related information using designated systems.

25% Team Leadership
Train Merchandisers on appropriate merchandising.
Backup to Supervisor and fill in Supervisor duties, as assigned.
Be assigned to approve payroll and run a variety of reports.
Other duties as assigned.

Goals & Objectives

Work with Supervisor to cover all responsibilities.
Assist with sets and resets, as needed.
Train new hires, as assigned.
Remain up-to-date on all planogram (POG)/flowchart requirements.
