About the role
As a Merchandiser, you will provide excellent customer service by stocking and merchandising products, building displays, and completing store resets in grocery stores, convenience stores, club stores, and retail chains. This role primarily covers a Kona-based territory.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to accounts
- Stock, merchandise, and rotate products on displays and shelves
- Run routes and support major deliveries by assisting the delivery driver with unloading product, checking in, and stocking orders
- Build wine and beer displays
- Assist in completing store resets in established territory
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends, and government regulations
- Safely lift 40-60 lbs. repeatedly
Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent required; additional education preferred
- Must be able to work assigned work schedule
- Previous sales, merchandising, or pull-up experience preferred
- Knowledge of the wine and beer beverage industry a plus
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Satisfactory driving record and active driver’s license for the state you reside in
- Must pass a criminal background check
Pay
The expected pay range for this role is $20–$22/hour. Actual placement within the range will depend on qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable), and alignment with market data.
