About the role

As a Merchandiser in our small, dynamic team, you are the direct link to our customers and ensure that our Boostbar brand is professionally presented everywhere. You reliably implement predefined concepts, restock goods, and ensure our products are always optimally visible at the point of sale.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for our customers on-site, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-served.
• Maintain our unmanned refreshment corners (coffee, smart fridges, and freezers), keeping them appealing, well-stocked, and functional to ensure customer satisfaction even when you are not present.

Requirements

• Experience in the food sector (e.g., retail or gastronomy).
• Passion for hospitality and service, with strong empathy and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Team-oriented mindset; you share knowledge and support colleagues to achieve shared successes.
• Proficiency in German (C1 level) and optional English.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B) and comfort with traveling by car.
• Comfortable working in a modern, app-based environment.
• Early riser and physically fit.
