Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh products by stocking and rotating, organizing, and refilling back stocks, cold boxes/coolers, shelves, beer caves and displays adhering to all quality and rotation policies.
• Ensures service levels and compliance rates for each assigned account are met or exceeded.
• Rotates product to ensure all quality standards and compliance regulations are maintained/achieved.
• Works with Coaches/Leadership to record and track Out of Stock (OOS) in each assigned account.
• Sets prices on Andrews SKUs to ensure they meet the standard of visibility.
• Keeps backroom and inventory areas clean and organized.
• Notifies manager of any product breakage in an account.
• Completes and documents retail calls with signatures and provides feedback to Account Manager and/or District Sales Manager (DSM) to ensure appropriate inventory levels and exceptional customer service in all assigned accounts.

Requirements

• Ability to perform basic math and write legibly.
• Current valid driver license.
• Dependable vehicle to use during daily shift; required level of insurance.
• Previous distribution business experience or other consumer product goods (CPG) experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent certificate.
• Previous beer industry experience.
• Advanced communication skills.

$14.00/hour

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday
5:00am - 2:00pm or until the work is completed.
