About the role

Part‑time retail service merchandiser responsible for maintaining Greeting Card displays in Manhattan Beach area stores (candy store and two grocery chains). This is an independent‑contractor position with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reset Greeting Card displays according to plan‑o‑gram.
• Stock displays, confirm POG, and order low or out‑of‑stock items.
• Complete reporting and take photos using the in‑store phone app while on site.
• Follow detailed instructions and implement plan‑o‑gram accurately.
• Perform monthly visits (≈1 hour) at the candy store and one grocery chain; weekly visits at the second grocery chain.
• Participate in fall display reset, which may require additional time.

Requirements

• Proven retail merchandising experience.
• Minimum 1 year of merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to read and implement a plan‑o‑gram.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Available to service stores in the Manhattan Beach area.
• Willing to work as an independent contractor.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfort using mobile apps for reporting and photo capture.
