What We’re Looking For

• The Grader is one of our most important positions
• You are responsible for determining the quality of our goods
• You will effectively process goods to meet daily production goals
• You will pivot to multiple work areas to support daily production goals
• You will identify and quickly solve problems and/or seek management support
• You will effectively communicate with management and other team members
• You will effectively promote and demonstrate cooperation and teamwork with peers
• You will consistently perform work tasks according to training playbooks, e-learning, and work instructions
• You will maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area
• You will adhere to safety and security practices including reporting safety hazards and injuries to management
• You will attend and complete all required trainings and meetings
• You will perform Other Duties As Assigned

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred
• You must have good oral and written communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills
• You must have detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• You must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• You must have strong organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate sound judgement
• You must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift
