About the role

As a Full-Time Merchandiser, you'll engage in a dynamic role that revolves around stocking and organizing existing shelf space and immediate consumption coolers at various stores. You'll build and maintain eye-catching displays that adhere to company standards, rotate products to ensure maximum freshness, and keep the backroom tidy and efficient by condensing and organizing stock. You'll deliver exceptional customer service by fostering friendly relationships with store managers and addressing any customer issues promptly. Collaboration with sales representatives and drivers ensures effective communication about accounts. Additional duties include cleaning up spills, maintaining equipment, completing required paperwork accurately, and collecting payments when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize existing shelf space and immediate consumption coolers
• Build and maintain eye-catching displays according to company standards
• Rotate products to ensure maximum freshness
• Keep backroom tidy and efficient by condensing and organizing stock

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
• Physical capability to operate a manual pallet jack and utilize 2- and 4-wheel carts
• Able to push or pull loads of up to 2,200 pounds
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to work independently without close supervision
