Merchandiser (Full Time)

About the role

The Full-Time Merchandiser ensures Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and large format accounts. The role involves servicing customers professionally while maximizing product visibility and availability at every point of sale. It is labor‑intensive, requiring regular lifting, loading, pushing, pulling of cases, and frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at each visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure cold equipment, racks and other point‑of‑sale items are current, clean, and presented according to brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized back‑stock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in‑store execution by building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Collaborate regularly with Account Sales Manager(s) and customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in‑store execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid US Driver’s License
• Reliable vehicle for work purposes with at least minimum insurance coverage
• At least 18 years of age
• Experience merchandising is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English proficiency; additional languages an advantage

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $16.15 to $24.23 per hour; actual offers may vary based on work experience and the range is subject to change.
