Merchandiser (Full Time)
About the role
The Full-Time Merchandiser (FTM) ensures proper levels of Red Bull products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in various store formats. The primary responsibility is to effectively serve all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Rotate Red Bull products from back stock to shelf, display, or cold vault locations
- Review code dates of all product when servicing each customer
- Pull any dented, dirty, damaged, or out-of-code product from the shelf, display, or cold vault
- Ensure all Red Bull products are placed in compliance with shelf schematics in both chain and independent stores
- Ensure all cold equipment, racks, and POS are current, clean, and presented in a premium manner
- Notify appropriate Account Manager for pick-up and/or exchange of any dented, damaged, or out-of-code product, as well as any out-of-stock items
- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with key customers
Requirements
- A valid US Driver’s License
- Reliable vehicle for work purposes with minimum insurance coverage
- At least 18 years of age
- Experience in merchandising is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English proficiency; additional languages advantageous
- Travel 0-10%
