Merchandiser - Full Time

About the role

Join a dynamic team in a retail environment focused on sports, fitness, fashion, or outdoor activities. This position involves hands-on work with merchandise and direct customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Unload, tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise
• Restock displays and maintain organized workspaces
• Assist customers with purchases and provide excellent service
• Perform general store cleaning and upkeep
• Support other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1-3 months of related experience or training
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100+ pounds), stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and perform other physical tasks
• Strong communication skills and teachability
• Efficiency, professionalism, and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
