About the role
The Sales Trainee/Merchandiser position is responsible for effectively managing an established sales territory, encompassing selling, servicing, merchandising, administration, and accounts receivable tasks. The Merchandiser position supports, services and maintains accounts. This position is responsible for stocking shelves, coolers and building displays.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives
- Execute territory management strategies
- Promote current and new products
- Implement promotions
- Conduct in-store tastings
- Serve accounts
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have reliable transportation and proof of insurance
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Local candidates preferred, no relocation package
