Merchandiser - Floral (Multiple Locations)

About the role

Join Falcon Farms as a part‑time Flower Merchandiser. You will visit various locations within your territory, ensuring flower displays are perfectly arranged to delight shoppers. The role offers independence while collaborating with local teams, and you’ll receive a planned route and all necessary tools to succeed. Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) by preparing stores for increased demand.
• Participate in department resets: setting up new displays and making inventory adjustments as needed.
• Work independently while supporting teammates with special activities when required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
• Physical requirements: ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lb frequently; ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulders; walk and stand for most of the shift.

Pay

$18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM; Saturday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM.
