About the role

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit various stores within an assigned territory, ensuring flower displays are beautifully presented to delight shoppers. Merchandisers work a planned route and represent Falcon Farms directly in each store, collaborating with local teams while operating independently.

Pay

• $18.00 per hour

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 7:00am to 1:00pm
• Saturday: 7:00am to 8:30am

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory
• Use a mobile device to communicate with the supervisor and report activities
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers
• Prepare stores for festive demand during key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas
• Participate in department resets, including setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary
• Support teammates with special activities when needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above the shoulders
• Walk and stand for most of the shift

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations
• Internet access and a smartphone
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May)
