Merchandiser - Floral

About the role

Join one of the most recognized companies in the floriculture industry and help bring color and joy to customers’ lives through beautiful floral arrangements. As a Flower Merchandiser, you’ll directly impact every store you visit by ensuring flowers are perfectly displayed to delight shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Prepare stores for peak demand during key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
• Participate in department resets, including setting up new displays and adjusting inventory.
• Work independently while supporting teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Pay

$17.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 am – 12:15 pm
• Saturday: 7:00 am – 11:15 am
