Merchandiser - Floral

As a Flower Merchandiser, you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper. Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support your teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical requirements

This position requires energy and willingness to perform physical tasks:

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Pay

$17.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:00am to 11:00am and Saturday from 7:00am to 8:30am.
