Merchandiser - Floral

About the Role

Join Falcon Farms as a Part-Time Flower Merchandiser and bring color and joy to customers' lives through beautiful floral arrangements. You will ensure our flowers are perfectly displayed in stores across your territory, working independently while collaborating with local teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with supervisors and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support festive season preparations (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas).
• Participate in department resets and inventory adjustments.
• Collaborate with teammates on special activities as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Pay

$16.50 per hour.

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
