About the role

Join Falcon Farms as a Part-Time Flower Merchandiser and bring color and joy to customers' lives through beautiful floral arrangements. You’ll ensure our flowers are perfectly displayed in stores across your territory, working independently while collaborating with local teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support stores during key festive seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) to meet demand.
• Participate in department resets, including setting up new displays and adjusting inventory.
• Support teammates with special activities as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Pay

$17.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM
