Responsibilities
- Unload product from freight.
- Tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise for the sales floor or back stock.
- Restock merchandise on the sales floor and bring products to the floor for display.
- Assist customers and sales associates with retrieving and loading purchased products.
- Follow the Line Leader checklist, walk-through notes, and merchandising guides to prioritize shop needs.
- Coordinate with Specialty Shop Managers and display teams on shop moves and mannequin placement.
- Maintain an orderly appearance through general cleaning and organization in the store and back stock areas.
- Demonstrate organization, multitasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail in all aspects of the merchandiser role.
- Work independently and collaboratively with the team.
- Exercise judgment and tact while effectively working with all levels of the organization.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the leadership team and Merchandising Lead.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- 1–3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work assigned schedule, which may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be flexible to work between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with availability for some weekends.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Very heavy work: exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Physical demand requirements exceed those for heavy work.
- Follow all safety procedures to minimize the risk of injury.
Pay
$20.00 per hour.
Schedule
- Average of 40 hours per week.
- Must be available to work between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Must be available for some weekends and holidays.
