Job Description
Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team. The role involves stocking shelves, rotating products, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, backroom organization, and moving products from backroom to sales floor. Accurately ordering product for the next delivery is also part of the responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED highly preferred
- Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to perform basic financial calculations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications
- Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks
- Must have a positive attitude and attention to detail
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must be a self-starter with excellent follow-up skills
- Must be customer-oriented and focused
