About the Role

Admiral Beverage is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in El Paso, Texas. This role involves displaying and arranging beverage products to attract customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving complaints effectively. The ideal candidate will have a high level of accuracy, work well without direct supervision, and be able to lift up to 70 pounds. A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Arranges products according to prearranged plans or own ideas approved by management.
• Places price and descriptive signs on backdrops, fixtures, merchandise, or floors.
• Transfers products from customer stock rooms to floor displays to comply with "Sell By" dates, maximize product visibility, and minimize stock room inventory.
• Orders products for assigned accounts to ensure no out-of-stock conditions.
• Originates display ideas or follows suggestions from the Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
• Communicates daily with key store personnel on service or product needs.
• Constructs or assembles display aids from company-provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
• Wears a company-provided uniform and maintains a professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• High level of accuracy and ability to work without direct supervision.
