Job Responsibilities
- Greets and assists customers while anticipating their needs
- Stocks and replenishes products as needed to maintain appearance
- Operates register, handles cash, and processes credit card transactions
- Manages cash handling, safe verifications, and prepares deposits
- Maintains a friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor
- Adapts to customer needs
- Adheres to cash handling policies and procedures
- Maintains security of company assets
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Basic math and counting skills required
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently with limited supervision
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
