About the role

Our Merchandisers play a key role: after beer is sold and delivered to customer accounts, you’ll stock, rotate, and properly display our products so consumers can easily shop and enjoy them. This position covers the Cayuga and Seneca Counties territory and offers a path to becoming a Sales Representative.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all product is rotated and code policy is followed
• Display all products according to Company standards
• Install and maintain permanent and paper Point of Sale material
• Organize and execute floor displays, window neons, and banners at all accounts
• Organize and execute cooler resets according to Company standards
• Maintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned area
• Be on-premise for every shift
• Develop and maintain effective customer relations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Previous retail experience
• Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the job
• Excellent oral, written, and communication skills
• Flexible schedule, as days can vary
• Valid driver’s license with active auto insurance
• Ability and willingness to work independently

Pay

$18.50 – $22.00 per hour plus mileage expense.
